Bad news, i've been having insomnia for the past 2 weeks. My sleeping time is so screwed up. The first week i slept at 4-5am for weekends and 1-2am for weekdays. Yesterday (weekend) i could not sleep till 7am but i woke up at 10am. After then i did not sleep till now.
Its gonna be 5am and i'm still wide awake. The situation is made worse my a pounding headache.
Help! I need sleep!
